A Rainy StartThe first Garden Club session was "rainy", but we didn't let that get us down. A few hearty souls harvested the carrots, a couple of beets, and one beautiful tomato. Mrs. Chaleki roasted the carrots with some store bought yams and red onions. Yummy! Things always taste better when they come from your own garden.
Tina Chaleki and Mrs. Wagner talked to the kids about the "Divide and Multiply Garden" and then the kids designed beautiful posters to put around the school. Below you will find some information about the Divide and Multiply Garden. We hope you can help us create this fabulous garden! |
